Book Review Monday: The Drop (Short, Tight, Excellent)

The Drop, Dennis Lehane

A short, taut novel that wastes no time and indulges in no extraneous wanderings, The Drop delivers high stakes, great characters and moral twists and turns as well as meaningful soul-searching. I’ve not seen the movie, but the book is really good so I almost see no reason to ruin my mental images. 3.5 stars.

    Have you considered reading nonfiction?

I really enjoy it because it allows me to learn the lessons that successful people learned the hard way, from the comfort of where ever I might be reading.

If you are interested in the nonfiction I have been reading, or if you want to know what the benefits are from reading this genre in specific, please stop by my page. I post book reviews over biographies, classics, and inspiring nonfiction.
